Explain the Penpal System of From the Heart
The Penpal system has monthly matchmaking between FTH members and registered penpal students. Through the PFP facebook page (known before as pockets for positivity FB page) FTH members will each be assigned to answer their respective penpal partners. Their responsibility is to be able to reply punctually and ethically.
