Describe the Sorority Pin: (who created it, the significance of the Sigma, etc)

It was designed by Founder Madree Penn White, founder and the SECOND president of the sisterhood. The middle letter, the Sigma has nine jewels that represent the Nine Cardinal Virtues that are the foundation of Delta Sigma Theta. The Nine Cardinal Virtues were conceived as basic attributes which all Delta women should strive to attain.

What's the purpose of Regional Conference?

The regional conferences offer a number of advantages, chief among those being furthering of Delta's mission, ideals, and principles through "intensive internal development," as can be efficiently done through smaller, regional groups. To enjoy fellowship, strengthen their bonds of sisterhood, and plan for meaningful, relevant public service.
