What is an amendment in exact detail?
An amendment is a change to a resolution proposed by a delegate to either strike out, adjust, or add to a resolution. Amendments must be deemed friendly or unfriendly by the main submitter of the resolution to be entertained. If an amendment is deemed friendly then the changes proposed must be implemented, however, if its deemed unfriendly the submitter of the amendment must then give a for speech on why their amendment was proposed and why it should pass. After that the council moves into voting procedure on the amendment and if it passes the change gets implemented.
