For the first 15 minutes of the session, if the missionaries are not there:

  • Continuously try contacting the missionaries

  • If you receive no response, submit a “Missionary Cancellation” log in the Mentor App

What is the policy for when you are sick or have another emergency between 0-24 hours before the time off?

  • Message your Mentor Trainer on Microsoft teams and inform them of the emergency

  • Mentors are responsible to (in order of priority):

    • Reschedule the appointment with your missionaries to another day within the same week, in the correct time block (as your schedule allows)

    • Move the appointment to another mentor on your team with help from your Mentor Trainer

    • In rare circumstances, cancel the appointment

  • Mentor Trainers will message the area's Time Off Assistant and inform them of the emergency
