This will be completed within the first 45 days of case opening for PSS and PSC cases and within 20 days for PFP cases. This will be complete when the caseworker, supervisor, and Child and Family Team have agreed to the it and it is finalized in SAFE. Signatures will be obtained as soon as possible after it is finalized in SAFE, but no longer than 30 days. If a family member refuses to sign it, the caseworker will document on the plan the family member’s refusal.
