It's a very busy day at the club and each staff is at full capacity. A staff radios for a junior to use the restroom, the teen staff weren't paying attention and accidently send a teen at the same time. The teen sexually abuses the junior while they are in the restroom together. Obviously consequences will be given to the teen and there will repercussions for the club as a whole but who made the mistake in this scenario?
