Person-First Language
A program for teens age 16-19 with support needs who get to do both work and recreational activities at camp.
Ranch Hand
This counselor spends the entire week covering time off for one-to-one counselors.
Inclusive Floater 1
The principle that obligates the counselor to keep the private information regarding a camper safe and secure.
Confidentiality
This type of camper participates in traditional camp activities with individualized support from a counselor.
One-to-one Camper
This counselor provides one-to-one support for multiple campers throughout the week as needed.
Inclusive Floater 2
A program for adults with support needs who participate in camp's recreational activities.
Adult Recreation Camp (ARC)
This position works alongside and provides individualized support or Camp Assistants.
Job Coach
This position supervises and supports all general staff who have inclusive training.
