What happens if someone's application doesn't go through?
There are a few reasons an application might not sync to Oracle. Someone might be applying with an existing employee email address. They might have duplicate Indeed profiles. Or you might have some validations set up that Oracle doesn't support. When an application doesn't go through, the applicant will get a notification with a referral to your career site to reapply.
What happens if SAP APIs go down?
Indeed has automated retries in place in the event that SAP APIs are unavailable. Indeed has cached data to ensure that your job data remains on Indeed if SAP APIs are unavailable.
When discussing the single source policy with a client we should encourage the client to use Agg3

No, Agg3 is a lot less of a reliable method for job ingestion when you compare it to the API.
Reinforce the benefits of moving to the XML - if a client wants to use Agg3 they can but it is not the recommendation

How does the integration pull jobs if I have more than one brand or Indeed account represented in my Oracle tenant?
Indeed pulls all publicly posted and open job requisitions within your Oracle tenant. We are unable to limit what is pulled.
What if my company decided we can't share hiring stage data with Indeed after all?
If you can no longer provide hiring stage data to Indeed for your integration, you'll need our help to change your settings. Reach out to Indeed Client Success.
When using a techstack (CRM/Overlay) what is the clients option for an integrated ATS?
If the client's ATS is an integrated ATS, they need to integrate. If they use a CRM as well, they are welcome to continue to but the jobs need to come from the ATS (ideally in the integrated MS feed or API)
