3rd grade students long time end of the year tradition. Showcasing patriotic songs and special speakers that pay tribute to our country and highlight the values of freedom, service, and citizenship that Indy holds dear.

Band is an option starting in 4th grade.
There are several bands students can be a part of: Silver Band, Stage Band, etc.

When are foreign languages offered?
Starting in grade 5, students take a tri-semester of Spanish, French and Latin. They then focus on a language of study in grades 6-8.
What are some other extracurricular activities (besides sports) are available to Indy students?
Drama Club, Quiz Bowl, Math League, Math Counts, Student Ambassadors Club, Robotics, Indy Spirit Team, SGA, etc.
Do we offer before and after school care? What does that look like at Indy?
Yes. We offer extended care before and after school starting at 7am and ending at 5:30pm.
Our extended program also offers a variety of fun after school programming as well

Describe the 8th grade capstone project.
All 8th graders are required to complete a year-long project that includes a written research report, the creation of an authentic artifact that demonstrates their learning, and an oral presentation in front of an audience of peers, faculty, and parents.

What is the LeApps curriculum?
