Kate recently opened her own Italian restaurant. Her specialties were lasagna and spaghetti. Business was very slow at first despite her advertising efforts.  Kate decided to use a customer satisfaction survey.  After several weeks, Kate looked at the surveys.  Customers seemed very satisfied with the quality of the food, but a number of people commented that the prices were steep for the size of the food servings.  After reading the surveys Kate decided to create some new advertisements for the radio and the newspaper.

Jim is walking on a dirt path through a field. The path is lined with walls made of thick, leafy, green corn stalks too high to see over. It’s like a long, curved outdoor hallway. At times it splits into other paths that may suddenly end at a wall of green. Trying to find the way out can be a real puzzle!
