The citizens of River Ridge were heartbroken. The retro drive-in restaurant might be closing for good. A storm had ripped off the roof and destroyed many of the menu signs. Tree branches blocked many of the stalls. What might the community do to help keep the drive-in open?
I think the community will come together to help fix the drive-in restaurant since they love it so much and do not want to see it close.

One day at the Snack Shack drive-thru, I saw something crazy! A huge inflatable dinosaur drove up in a car. The dinosaur's tail was hanging out the back window. I think Maya saved/spent her paycheck because (she's responsible/it is her first paycheck so she will want to spend the money/etc.)
Tomika’s family grabbed dinner together every time they visited her older brother. It was her favorite tradition. She loved the food, but even more, she loved spending time with her family. I think the family found a different restaurant to go to since their regular restaurant will be closed.

I think the first shift went well since she spent a lot of time training with her boss and she knew the menu well and how to use the cash register.
