This information can be found in the therapy plan and authorization document in the "referrals" tab in chart. This will specify per patient anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
Lunch starts at 12:00pm, when is the latest you could schedule an Avsola or Remicade infusion in the AM template?
Latest start time would be 9:30am as this is a 2.5 hour infusion that must be completed before the lunch hour.
If a patient calls in to request an injection with the provider, what steps should the PCC follow before scheduling?
Go to chart and investigate encounters/dispo to see if an injection med is listed. If no notes, send pool message to clinical pool before scheduling.
