These 4 things should be readily available in the bathrooms
Gloves, paper towels, toilet paper, soap
Each bed should have these components on it
If something is broken I have to do this
Put in an FCM ticket
Food must have this present with it
Nutritional facts and ingredients
This should be present outside of the shower/tub
Mat
If an individual has a locked closet protocol this must be on the closet door

There should be this many chairs around the dining room table

Freezers and Refrigerators must have what present in them at all times
Thermometers
Each bathroom should have this for the toilet
toilet cleaning brush
This should be outside of each bedroom to view
LOS signage
All windows must do this (unless pre-approved)
Open and close
You should check what on all food/beverage items
Expiration date
Each bathroom should have this with a lid in it
Trash can
Each window in the bedroom should have at least one of these two things
Curtains or frosting
The closets must not have anything on what two spots
The top shelf and the floor
This must be posted in each kitchen
Diets
These things should not be left in the bathroom
ADL supplies/ dirty clothes
Each bedroom should have this in it (unless otherwise stated in IDT)
Mirror
Everything in the unit should be this
