Counselor reviewed orientation information with client, specifically the facility's hours of operation, policies surrounding prescriptions, returning empty take home bottles, phase eligibility requirements and grievance procedures. Counselor also reviewed the treatment fee, payment schedule, and client rights. Readmission criteria, no-show policies and guest dosing options were also explained.
