In my opinion, "Food, Inc." is an excellent movie. It shows us how our food is made and explains how the food industry has changed over the last 50 years. The information in the film is absolutely groundbreaking, which makes it a very informative movie. However, some of the cuts are very sharp and uncomfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this film.
