No. It restores the brightness but does not remove any scratches.

What are the requirements of a Valuation?

The request must be made by the original purchaser or a relative of the purchaser who can prove their relationship. The client must provide:

  • A proof of authenticity of the piece including its serial number.
  • If the original purchaser is alive: a written agreement from the purchaser, allowing the requestor to ask for a valuation service, is needed – the agreement do not need to be formal, an email could be sufficient.
  • In case the original purchaser is deceased: an inheritance certificate showing the name of the requestor is needed.
