100

This team owns the mismatch queue and reviews it multiple times each day to match studies and add missing UUIDs.

What is the InterOps team?

100

Once all QC checks are complete and everything is correct, mark the appointment with this two-word status.

What is “Report Ready”?

100

To begin manually matching UUIDs, select this box in Product to find the appointments needing review.

What is the “Booked and Breached” box?

100

After asking for help in an InterOps Slack channel, use this sub-status to let others know a request is already underway.

What is “Slack Request Submitted”?

100

What system do you use to show when you start the day and when you go on start your day, go on break, go to lunch, and are off for the day?

What is Dialpad?

200

Before matching images, verify these four details against the appointment in Product: market brand, image date, and these two patient identifiers.

What is the patient's name spelling and date of birth?

200

This must appear at the end of every report. If it’s missing, submit a request to #interops-requests-all.

What is the radiologist’s signature?

200

This option in Inteleshare opens the audit where you can find the Study UUID.

What is “View Study Audit”?

200
This sub-status flags a missed required step, missing note, or incorrect sub-status, helping identify training opportunities.

What is “Blocked”?

200

Ramsoft - After installing the App Launcher, select this application to search for patient images.

What is Power Reader?

300

Images are visible in Inteleshare but absent from the mismatch queue. Submit a ticket to this Slack channel so the team can manually link the UUID.

What is #interops-requests-all?

300

Beyond patient demographics and exam details, the report’s history should contain these three pieces of information describing the symptoms and incident.

What are the symptom, the type of accident, and the date of accident?

300

Rather than searching by a patient’s full name, use details such as DOB, study date, or an individual name field—and filter by this facility category, not the radiologist group.

What is the imaging center (IC) where the patient was scanned?

300

Images or reports are visible in RamSoft or Ambra but aren’t appearing in Product. Instead of uploading them manually, take this action so InterOps can investigate mapping issues and track request volume.

What is escalating to #interops-requests-all and marking the appointment “Slack Request Submitted”?

300

Inteleshare - If the needed images aren’t found here, check this other system next.

What is Ramsoft?

400

You’re ready to link a report, but the order’s Results section has no images. This must happen before the report is added—or InterOps must be notified for assistance.

What is adding the images first?

400

An accident type was corrected at the top of a report, but the old accident type still appears near the end. This verification is required before marking the study QC-complete.

What is checking the full report to confirm the accident type is corrected consistently throughout?

400

A patient has multiple profiles in Product. Before deciding which scans need UUIDs, perform these two checks across every profile.

What are locating the patient’s appointment in the Appointments tab and checking whether each scan’s Study ID is complete?

400

Scheduling confirms a scan is complete, but images or sequences are missing. Before InterOps resumes the chase, document this contact, copy this team address, and select this sub-status.

What are documenting the initial imaging-center outreach in Notes, CC’ing interops@scan, and selecting “Mark as Chasing”?

400

Product - Image-linking work starts in this queue, not QC.

 What is Booked?

500

A report won’t push from the mismatch queue to the patient profile. Before retrying the match, check and add this detail. After successfully linking it, record this in the patient’s profile.

What are the study description and an internal note documenting what was linked, along with any escalations?

500

Three reports with findings have no key images: one from Innovative, one from Digital Rad, and one from EliteRad. Based solely on each group’s key image rules, this report requires a missing-key-image ticket, while the other two do not automatically require one.

What is the Innovative report? Innovative adds key images to all reports with findings; Digital Rad does not add key images, and EliteRad adds them at the radiologist’s discretion. Submit the Innovative report to #interops-requests-all.

A patient has several scans, and you’ve located a Study UUID in Inteleshare. To link the intended images correctly, copy this identifier from this location and paste it into this matching destination in Product.

What is copying the Study UUID from “View Study Audit” and pasting it into the Study ID field for the correct body part scanned?

500

A patient had multiple scans scheduled. One was completed but its images are missing; another was never performed. These are the two workflows needed to address the different problems.

What are the Chasing workflow for the completed scan’s missing images and the Exam Not Performed workflow to schedule a new appointment for the incomplete scan?

500

Inteleshare - A facility may not appear under its exact name. Choose this kind of matching listing.
