Characteristics of conflict management
Creates a lose/lose situation because neither party to the conflict really accomplishes what they want
What is withdrawing?

This conflict can be solved through paraphrasing to explain word meaning, clarifying goals, and asserting boundaries for appropriate teasing

A disagreement caused by differences over a preferred plan or course of action

A conflict management style in which each parties needs or interests are partially satisfied
