same things this job has but other basics can be: new experience, new industry to learn about, diverse population, growth, chance to advance, etc.

They say- piece by piece- i think that's obvious and answered grilled.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Things to know: when it was founded, mission statement, recent news/advancements, who is the CEO, how big is the company, how the company improves the community, etc.

won an award for something, beat sales numbers, accomplished a challenging project, created a new policy/work function, helped someone.
