List the steps in finding RO Verification on a ticket.
1. Check ticket overview. (Make sure to check correspondence at some point during process)
2. Open brand application link.
3. Use Paragon case to find SF case.
4. Accept SF case and place Marketplace, TT link, and TM info in.
5. Open TM and determine if application is sourced or nonsourced. If sourced only check Brand Name, if non-sourced check brand name, status, type, and TM number.
6. Locate owner and Representative information.
7. Follow steps to locate contact. Internal tools (Paragon, SC, MP), attorney database, SF, attorney website, brand website, WIPO.
8. After finding contact fill out the rest of SF and provide all the links for 2 hard matches (internal tools) or attorney database/website (if attorney database make sure #ad in SF) and email of TM contact.
9. Change label to TM Contact Found, place email in Code Blurb. Change title to T4 Resolved, and Resolve TT.
AATM and Connected TM owner names are different. No attorney is listed for AATM, what is your action?

We are to locate the BPBO ticket in Paragon and check to see if they approved the brand name difference. If they approve proceed. If there is no TT raise to BPBO then we would mark as Err. TT/AATM Incorrectly Submitted.
