You can do this by leaving a note in my mailbox, submitting a digital form, letting your teacher know, or coming to the office.

A low state of alertness, such as when you’re feeling sad, tired, sick, or bored.

A frustration that causes a student to become less regulated and/or outside of the green “ready to learn” zone.

A heightened state of alertness, with some control, such as when you're feeling stressed, frustrated, anxious, or excited.

Something you determine you want, and you work to achieve it.

What you say in here, stays in here, unless: someone is hurting you, you want to hurt yourself, you want to hurt someone else, or you give me permission to share.
What is confidentiality?
An extremely heightened state of alertness, or very intense feelings, such as anger, rage, explosive behavior, terror, or elation.
What is the red zone?
Short, encouraging statements, that create a more positive state of mind.
