No. Both parents must be present.
If a student does not know their current travel plans / itinerary for traveling in between study centers for FYA, what should they upload in the portal?
Upload a written out on a document of their anticipated travel plans i.e. if you are road tripping from Valencia → Florence or any other way you see yourself getting to your final destination. Upload that document to the portal, and when you are sure of what you are doing, adjust travel plans accordingly.
