In order to receive shares clients must do this after the initial IOI.

Clients in these groups do not need to meet the minimum asset requirements.

Associates can enter an IOI for a client here.

Clients will receive this notification when they need to confirm their IOI.
What is an email/secure message?
Clients not allocated shares may still purchase shares here.

What is the IPO calendar on the IPO page?
Clients must confirm their IOI by this time in order to potentially receive shares.
What is 12am EST?
Shares are normally allocated before this event on allocation day.
What is market open?
These clients are not eligible to participate in IPO's.
What is Fidelity employees and their covered persons, immediate family, and those associated with the securities industry. Non-Us accounts and FI accounts even without advisors are not eligible.

What is the preliminary prospectus?

The account the IPO IOI is entered in also must have these minimum requirements regarding suitability and minimum cash/security requirements.
