Name 3 things that nullify wudu
Anything that exits the front or back passage except for gas exiting the front of a female which is the most agreed view
Giving birth without seeing blood nullifies wudu (note : it is rare for a women to give birth without the sight of blood)
The flowing of an impurity such a blood or pus from anywhere else either then the two paages nulifies wudu. Imaam shafi says whatever comes out of the two passages does not nullify wuud
Vomiting a mouth full of food and water, blood clots or bile nulfies wudu provided the vomit is s motuhful and the definition of a mouthful is that the mouth cannot be shut but with difficulty
May 12th 2025 (continuation)
If a person vomits a few times and the cause is the same each time then these several occurrences are deemed as one and if the addition is equate to a mouthful then ablution is nullified according imaam mohmmad according to imam abu yusuf he maintained that if the place he vomited was the same then his ablution is void. Otherwise it is not.
For the mucus which descends from the head it is not a anuling factor since it is pure. If ones saliva is overshadowed by blood or the blood it even with the siliva then wudu is void. If one sees that his siiva is red or yellow then it is regarded as overshadowed thought it has been said that a light colour of red makes it even while a strong colour of red dominates it . Addition the blood which descends from the head nullifies wudu cause it flow even though its minimal likewise the runny blood which rises from the internal part of the body and the majority held this view
To sleep in a way where ones buttocks are not firmly set on the ground renders the wudu void this occurs when a person sleeps while he is a sitting posture thought his buttocks are not fully fixed making wudu nulified. According to the hanfi’s wudu is rendered void by sleep in 3 cases : 1) to sleep on one side 2) to sleep on ones back 3) sleeping on one of the hips the reason wudu is void is because, one is not firmly set due to the relaxation of the muscles and joints. As sleeping in the sitting posture where the buttocks are firm on the ground then the wudu remains sound as for sleeping in a sitting posture where the buttocks are firm then the wudu remains sound despite sleeping in a standard posture, bowing posture or a proper prostration pose because in these postures one is flexing or gripping his body the proof that sleep does not invalidate wudu except when lying down is the saying with the prophet(s.a.w) “ wudu is not imposed except on the on who sleeps : lying down for it one lies down his joints and muscles relax.”
The elevate of one butocks from the floor while one is sleeping and before 1 becomes aware nulfies the wudu even if one does not fall over on the bases that as soon as the buttocks has elevated in a state of unawareness ablution is nulllifed/wudu is nullifded.
9/10) Fainting, losing conscious, or temporary insanity nullifies wudu
11) wudu is void if a mature conscious person laughs
Loudly in a prayer that includes bowing and prostration even if he intentionally laughs in order to
Leave the prayer.Same applies even if he does it intentionally and people can hear you.
A) : imam hanifah says the funeral prayer does not contain bowing if you are laughing the prayer is void but not the wudu. Your salah will be broken but your wudu will remain if you are smiling in prayer it does not effect anything.
b) Imaam shaafi disagrees he says the with the ruling its not something that comes out in the form of filth so therefore it is not deemed as a minor impurity in the case of the funeral prayer and the recital of prostrations.
