Yes, because it shouldn't be hard to properly dispose trash or hold on to it until it can properly be disposed. People who do this are a turn off because they don't respect public spaces/mother Earth and rude/believe to be entitled by expecting the mess to not matter or get cleaned up by someone else.

People are not stupid

True, I don't think people are stupid. I think people can have "objectively" stupid behavior but that in itself doesn't make them stupid. I think that some people either have little to no experience (or have never been exposed to specific content), choose to not be informed, have learned behavior that is a struggle to change, or genetically have some form of mutation (i.e individuals with mental disabilities)

T. I can't lol. Prove me wrong by saying "mama mia" in a French accent and Italian accent. Don't tell me which is which, let me guess first. Other words to say include "hello", "bon appetite", and "my name is Claude" (Friends reference, iykyk lol).
