It is often about a nature subject.
What is a Haiku?
This is the pattern of rhyme between lines of a poem.

Mother knows best
than all the rest
so don't you test
but if you do, you'll be addressed.
What is (AAAA)?
This is a silly five-line poem with three long lines and two short lines. Limericks of use creative (poetic) license by using near rhymes, puns, made-up words or unusual spelling. It follows the rhyme scheme: (AABBA)
What is a limerick?
All of the lines in this rhyme scheme has the same ending rhyme.
What is the monorhyme scheme.
I eat my peas with honey;
I've done it all my life.
It make the peas taste funny.
But it keeps them on the knife.
What is ABAB?
This type of poem is not restricted to follow poetry “rules” or identifiable meter and rhyme schemes. It is free to do what it wants. Free Verse doesn’t use consistent meter patterns, rhyme, or any other musical pattern.
What is free verse?
This rhyming couplet has two lines that rhyme and has complete one thought.

In a a jungle down below

The elephant has tears in his eyes

I'm vearing old clothes,
