What is 100ml cold water to 1 packet of grass jelly (stir to combine); add concoction to 1000ml boiling water; stir until thickened. Strain & transfer to heat resistant container.

Low On Boba
Prioritize it only if it's busy, otherwise make boba when its 1/4 of the way full during slow season.
