2. If it is after 3pm on the day of their game or on a Friday for weekend games state" Forfeit fees must be paid by 3pm on the day of their game or 3pm on the Friday before their weekend game"
3. DO NOT CHARGE them the Forfeit Fee if not within guidelines.
