An individual who has attended the institution for at least 1 semester. Alumni is a group of alums
What are Alumni?
The dollars raised without including any matching gift dollars.
What are specified dollars?
This is a type of result code. It refers to a a prospect that will not be attempted again for the current campaign and/or fiscal year.
What is a complete?

How we reference the person we're calling: alumnus, parent or friend.

What are Non-Donors or Future Donors
The act of a prospect paying their pledge. If a prospect gives on a credit card, the gift is instantly fulfilled. If a prospect doesn't give on a credit card, they may pay by going online or by mailing in a check with the pledge card.
What is fulfillment?
The primary grouping of prospects in our database; a subset of a college/school/unit.

The percentage of contacts who make a specified pledge. A contact says yes, no, or maybe to making a pledge.
What is pledge rate?
A prospect we spoke to and the call resulted in a specified pledge, unspecified pledge, or a no pledge. AKA a yes, maybe, or no.
