What is under two locks

Many classrooms are not equipped to secure test materials. A teacher should always be present and able to view materials at all time. If a teacher needs to leave the room, they should call Mrs. Tricia Green, who will contact Ms. Hagan or another staff member.

This is the order which should be followed for test administration?

What is in the order of the test booklet? This means all third graders should be taking the same portion of the test at the same time and must go in order of the subject areas in the booklet. Test administrators cannot jump around in the test booklet.

Once the child has returned to school and a new testing section has begun (ie: a third grader is tardy to school. She arrives during Math, part A. She can join in with her class during Math, part B. She will make up Math, part A in the afternoon.) 

 After the normal testing schedule has completed for the day. 

(A 4th grader is struggling to behave appropriately during scheduled test time. He is removed from the room. Once the normal testing has concluded, he can make up his assessment with an accomodater one on one in the afternoon.)

 During one of the four scheduled make up days following testing.  This is for students who miss several days of testing due to illness, etc. The recommendation is for a child to make up the missed portion of the test as soon as possibly.
