Didn't work out? Here's how long you have to return or exchange.
Animals can be returned within 15 days. Customers can receive a voucher to exchange for an animal that is a better fit or can choose to sponsor the adoption fee of the animal they returned.
Returns after fifteen days will be treated as an owner surrender and be processed as an Admissions appointment.
