What are the three different types of solutions when solving systems of linear equations? What do each mean in detail?
One solution: There is only one solution to the answer, only one place where the two lines intersect.
No solution: The lines are parallel and never intersect, therefore never having a place where they meet. The slopes are the same, different y intercept.
Infinitely many solutions: The two lines lay on top of one another, they will always be touching, therefore an infinite amount of solutions. Same equations.
