Which point/points can interrupt a speech?

The "Point of Personal Privilege" is the only point that can interrupt a speaker, if it's something very urgent (you don't hear the speaker and want them to speak louder, you feel sick etc). For the rest, you have to wait until the speech is over.

What is the difference between "Motion to Suspend the Session" and "Motion to Adjourn the Session/ Meeting"?

The Motion to Suspend is used before a break and the Motion to Adjourn is used at the very end of the last committee session
