A gen-rush build is incomplete without these two perks: one that rewards hitting increasingly fast great skill checks and another that recognizes good skill checks as great so long as you have tokens available.
Hyperfocus and Stake Out
This perk activates if all generators have been completed and the obsession is alive. The obsession can be morie if caught, regardless of hook stages.
Rancor
This perk causes the entity to block all upright pallets in a given radius after a survivor is hit by a basic attack.
Hex: Blood Favor
A survivor planning on taking chase after being unhooked might run these two perks: first using a perk to stun the killer after being picked up and the second to take an extra hit if timed perfectly with the killer’s swing.
Decisive Strike and Dead Hard
This perk causes a survivor to scream and reveals their aura if they start repairing a kicked generator within a set time limit.
Dragon’s Grip
A killer can force survivors off the most progressed generator using these two perks: the first activates after hooking a survivor on a special type of hook, the second blocks the generator for 50 seconds after the survivor lets go of the generator (or another equivalent action).
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance and Dead Man’s Switch
This perk activates after the killer is stunned or blinded by any means.
Hubris
A killer who wants to prevent survivors from healing may run these two perks: one to enlarge the killer’s terror radius and another that penalizes healing in the killer’s terror radius.
Distressing and Coulrophobia
This perk causes a survivor to scream and reveals their aura after exiting a locker.
Iron Maiden
This perk calls upon the entity to block a generator for 30 seconds after its activation criteria has been met.
Repressed Alliance
A killer running an end game build might run these two perks: the first slows down the speed at which the exit gates are opened for all survivors except the obsession and the second regresses the exit gates at a certain point if a survivor stops opening them.
