What is a Job?

What is Greenhouse?
My "new applicants", "my reminders", "my interviews" and "my tasks that need to be completed" are all captured here in one place in Greenhouse.
What is My Dashboard?
The New Hire will receive an email to complete the New Employee Info Request form after which stage is completed in Greenhouse.
What is Mark Candidate as Hired?
Someone who you may not be actively interviewing and are keeping in touch with for future roles at BAYADA.
What is a Prospect?
The external facing advertisement for your Job that gets published to all online job boards.
What is a Job Post?
Completion of this new form by the New Hire will create the employee in Workday, BEARS & (where applicable) Cell Track, HCHB, etc..
What is the New Employee Information Request Form (NEIR)?
All new inquiries to our job posts used to funnel into the public folders. Inquiries will now funnel directly into this stage in Greenhouse.
What is Application Review?
This is where New Hires will complete their on-line post-hire tasks.
What is Workday?
An individual who has expressed interest in employment at BAYADA Home Health Care and has been attached to a specific job within Greenhouse.
What is a Candidate?
This is where you will find a record of actions taken with the candidate’s profile. This includes emails sent to, and scorecards completed for the candidate. It is automatically updated, timestamped, and reflects across all jobs a candidate has applied to in the system.
What is the Activity Feed?
An initiative which will focus on 3 main goals; enhancing our current recruiting , implementing a new applicant tracking system, and introducing the Workday new hire employee set up process.
What is Operation Honey Bee?
We use this feature in Greenhouse when we want to easily communicate to Greenhouse users in the candidate profile under notes.
What is @mention?
True or False, we can put a person to work before the I-9 process is complete.
What is False?
Area of the Job Dashboard that shows all active candidates and what stage they are currently in.
What is Pipeline?
An evaluation of the candidate. This promotes consistent evaluation of candidates against a list of clearly defined skills, traits, and qualifications needed to be successful in the role.
What is a Scorecard?
These questions used to be asked on paper, but now candidates will be asked to answer electronically when they apply and again during the Workday post hire tasks.
What are EEO / Affirmative Action?
A feature within Greenhouse which allows you to organize your candidates, for example, skills or qualifications, and easily filters them in searches.
What are Candidate Tags?
This is the number of tasks a New Hire will have to complete in Workday.
What is 11?
A function of Greenhouse that allows you to attach a candidate to another office's job.
What is Add, Transfer or Remove Candidate's job button?
A decision point in the interview process in Greenhouse.
What is a stage?
An area on the Job Dashboard that shows you how far, on average, a candidate gets in the hiring pipeline. It is calculated based on your historical hiring data.
What is Candidate Source Breakdown & Quality?
Through your dashboard, you can connect these 2 social media platforms to easily share your jobs with your personal networks.
What is Twitter and LinkedIn?
The only document the service office will be required to upload to Workday.
What is the photo copy of the New Hire's I-9 identification?
Found on your Job Dashboard, a graph to visualize volume of applicants over time.
