This is the ceremony that enables the team to improve for the next iteration
What is the Retrospective?
This is a prioritized list of items that needs to be delivered by the Train
What is the Train Backlog?
This person is responsible for what the team in the Train needs to deliver and its priority
Who is the Product Owner?
This is the team that you can go to for all your ADM related questions

This ceremony is for Scrum Masters to discuss dependencies, state of the teams and to escalate impediments to leadership
What is the Scrum of Scrums?
These items encapsulate the exploration, architectural & infrastructural work needed to support future functionality
What are enablers?
This person organizes and steers the execution of the Train, ensure the teams in the Train are organized for success and is responsible for the performance of the Train
Who is the Release Train Engineer?
This event happens every 3 months and is meant to enable ownership of the planning of the people that do the work
What is the PI Planning Event (PIPE)?
This is the place where Program and Line meet to align on a.o. priorities for Trains
What is the SF table?
This person ensures timely delivery of committed items on the backlog of the agile team
Who is the Scrum Master?
This is the event where the Train present their finished program deliverables to the stakeholders
What is the System/PI demo?
These are the agreements that Teams and Trains make towards their stakeholders that ensure that their deliverables are of a certain quality
What are 'Definition of Done' on Team or Train level?
This person helps train members with their career paths and individual development
Who is the Group Lead?
This event/construct is used to align the priorities of products and/or solutions for the upcoming quarter for a Train
What is the SF Table?
The existing technical infrastructure necessary to support the implementation of upcoming features
What is the architectural runway?
This person is responsible for the teams' composition in the train
Who is the Release Train Engineer (in close collaboration with the GL)?
