No! As long as it has happened more than once, even minor actions like poking or tapping are considered physical bullying and should be taken seriously.

A bully's philosophy is that by projecting their problems onto you, and fortunately it doesn't make them feel any better. They think it will make them seem big, but in others' eyes, they are just mean! So, if you find yourself ever doing these things, take a step back and reflect as to why.

No! That's just showing vulnerability. Always keep your chest up and be yourself, because at the end of the day, we're all human and anyone who is rude's opinion doesn't matter.

No. Stay away from harmless situations. Sometimes, telling an adult can only stir up more trouble between you and the classmate / friend!

No. Sometimes, we can do our best to figure out the issue between ourselves using the steps we talked about earlier!

Don't be respectful when talking to them

Actually, it's the opposite. Their goal is to get you worked up and stressed out. When they see that you can stay put and remain unaffected, they'll realize their dealing with someone above their level and maybe even apologize.
