Limit screens, caffeine, noise, big meals, and light; set a routine for going to sleep/waking up at the same time; make lists for the next day, or lay out what is needed in the morning to reduce anxiety; use OTC supplements, practice relaxing before bed, and other things that may have been discussed in class.
