This PRA should be rejected back telling the dealer to submit using the NEW website for dealers to enter all Damage in Transit claims (no longer utilizing Global Warranty).

Dealer submitted pictures of a headlamp that clearly has water inside. In the full view of the vehicle, you can see the entire vehicle is wet and there is snow still on it. What verbiage do you use when returning the PRA?
Approval verbiage. If the concern is clearly visible, it doesn't matter that the rest of the vehicle might be wet.
