I have US passport that was issued to me 13 years ago when I was 17. Which application do I complete for renewing my passport?
Because it was issued when they were over 16, they have a copy of their passport, and was issued less than 15 years ago, and as long as their name has not changed they can complete the DS-82 which can be mailed.
