Why is it important to specify "Rustic" Walnut or "Rustic" Hickory on most/all of the furniture we special order here at Mountain Top?
Usually, if you do not specify "Rustic" along with the typical wood types that we order here, they are a more expensive, cleaner version of that wood. Rustic is less expensive because they do not have to go through the pieces of wood and find pieces with no knot holes, etc. And we prefer Rustic because it has more character anyway.

Why do we attach photos/sketches to all of our special order items? (Looking for 2 separate answers).
For Example, leather or fabric chosen, nail heads, wood and stain, drawings if needed, etc.
1) So when the pieces come in the guys can check and see if the product came in correctly.
2) So the vendor can see the attachments and make the item correctly.

What is the finish called that is used on our dining tables and what does it mean?
We use a "Pre-Catalyzed" finish. Pre-catalyzed (pre-cat) finish is a ready-to-use, durable lacquer with a manufacturer-added catalyst, offering high chemical and moisture resistance for furniture
What ALL needs to be included in the special order details of an extension dining table ordered from one of our table companies? For example, I want to order a dining table from Country Road Tables.
