When reciting in Salaah, our tongues should be
Moving

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ العَظِيمِ

During the tashahhud, we point our finger towards

The name of Allah, Al-Samad, means
The self-sufficient (also eternal, complete). He is in need of nothing, and everything is in need of Him.

This statement is to be recited after the tahiyyat, in the final tashahhud.
Salaat ul Ibraheemiyyah (Allahumma salli 'alaa Muhammad...)

رَبِّ اغْفِرْلِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْلِي، أللهم اغْفِرْلِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَاجْبُرْنِي وَارْفَعْنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَعَافِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي
Salaah upon the Prophet ﷺ means
Allah sends mercy and praise upon him ﷺ, the angels pray for his forgiveness, and the muslims make du'aa for him ﷺ
