If a member declines a home visit from house calls or is concerned about the practitioner being in their home in fear of catching covid or is uncomfortable about them being in the home. What options can you offer them?
- If member declines an in-home visit or is not comfortable with an in-home visit, please offer a virtual/video visit.
- If the member is interested in a virtual visit, please warm transfer to HouseCalls and inform the agent that the transfer is for scheduling a virtual visit.

Advocates can escalate medical DMR requests when the member is enrolled in a plan on the NICE or COSMOS platform, and either:
- The DMR request has been processed and paid, but the member states:
- They never received the DMR payment check, and
- After reviewing the check image details with the member, it is determined the check was cashed by someone it should not have been.
- or
- The DMR request was received more than 30 days ago and
- Has not yet been processed
