How do you address someone that is in a Homeless shelter and where would you put that information in the survey?
What is: Add to the notes section of the survey. Offer community navigator services. Group living arrangements section too. There is no quantity based on the living arrangements and there shouldn't be an option. Keep address as is and update shelter information in the notes.
