Here is the scenario: You are the counselor for cana and you are making bracelets! Half of your campers want to go play basketball while the others stay back. What should you do? 

Send the stationary or floater LIT to play with the other half! No campers should be left unattended.

Be in front of the shooting area or distracting the shooters.

The counselor! Meaning you explain rules to campers and ask LIT to help out where it's needed, while also participating.

Floater should go to the picnic tables with the first camper. Stationary will help restock GS as time goes and let 5 campers in at a time.

Cross them off the checklist, make sure they clip their life jackets on to the rails, and hold them until the horn blows.

1 counselor should be checking cards while the other should be at the picnic tables overseeing the area with the floater.

What should you do at every rotation?

Encourage campers to drink water and reapply sunscreen (grab some from cafe). Engage with campers and LIT at each station! Introduce rules at the beginning of the week

Where can you grab supplies from for electives? 

The green barn only! (unless you have food items- they will be in the staff lounge fridges). Elective tubs are different than cabin wars items and cana supplies.
