1. Wait for 30 seconds to see if the power will come back on

2. If the power is not back on after 30 seconds, EVACUATE the library

3. Grab a flashlight from under the desk and patrol all areas of the library to make sure everyone is moving towards the exit.

4. Once everyone is out, all library workers meet at the lobby area for further instructions.
