During Christmas Eve, before dinner, this team member's Polish family practices the tradition of Opłatki (oh-pwat-kee). They all gather in the living room, and the host of that year’s party hands out pieces of Opłatki to everyone. Then the chaos ensues as we all go from person to person thru the entire crowd, taking a small piece from each other’s wafer,  wish each other Merry Christmas and love, then we hug and/or kiss, this continues until everyone has seen everyone else.
