"In my previous job, our computer system crashed on a very busy day. We could not process any customer orders, and many people were waiting in line.
I realized that we needed a way to keep working without the computer. I quickly found some paper order forms and pens. I organized a temporary system where one person took the orders by hand while another person collected the items.
As a result, we continued to serve our customers without any long delays. Later, when the computer was fixed, we entered all the data. My manager thanked me for staying calm and finding a solution."

"When I feel pressure at work, I stay calm and focus on my tasks. First, I make a list of everything I need to do. Then, I decide which tasks are the most important and finish them first.
If I have too much work, I talk to my manager to see if I can get extra help. By staying organized, I can finish my work correctly even when I am busy."
Give examples of a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer/ client?
In my last job as a [Job Title], an angry customer came to me because their delivery was late. They were speaking loudly and were very frustrated.
My task was to calm the customer and find their package. First, I listened to them without interrupting and said, 'I understand why you are upset.' This helped them calm down. Then, I called the delivery department to track the package. I found out it was coming the next morning.

I decided to take initiative. On a slow afternoon, I stayed an hour late to organize the shelves. I put labels on all the boxes so everyone could see what was inside. "In my last job, I had a conflict with a coworker about how to finish a project. We had different ideas, and it was difficult to work together. We were both feeling frustrated. I decided to ask my coworker to have a short meeting. I listened to their ideas first, and then I shared mine. We realized that we both wanted the same result, but we had different ways to get there. We decided to compromise by using some of my ideas and some of their ideas. As a result, we finished the project on time and our relationship became much better.
