What is a working interview?
In this kind of interview, you will be asked to do work-related tasks. For example, a bartender might be asked to make real drinks for real customers so the interviewers can see how well the candidate can do the job.
What are references?
People who can say good things about you, like a past boss or coworker. A potential employer may call them to ask about you.
What is, ask questions?
When the interviewer asks you, "Do you have any questions for me?", you should ask a question. This shows that you are excited and interested in the job and the company.
What is a group interview?
In this type of interview, one job candidate and several other candidates meet with one or more interviewers at the same time. It is an interview where multiple candidates are assessed together.
What is a stress interview?
This type of interview tests how you handle stress and difficult situations. The interviewer might stay silent for a long time, criticize your appearance, interrupt you, or be rude. The company wants to see how you work under pressure.

Before an interview, you must do THIS to learn about the company and the job you are applying for.
If you are asked, "What do you know about us?" during the interview you can answer well because you did this.
What is a behavioral type of question.
This type of interview question asks you to talk about how you handled a situation in the past. It is based on the idea that how you acted before shows how you will act in the future.
Example: "Describe a time you had a bad supervisor..."
What is a panel interview?
In this type of interview, one job candidate meets with several interviewers at the same time. It is an interview where a candidate meets with multiple interviewers, often the interviewers are from different departments or roles.
"When will you be making a decision?"
Example of a question you can ask to find out when you will hear from a company after your interview.

An acronym. It stands for:

You use this method to answer behavioral type of questions.
Vague
- Vague: Not clear or not specific. When something is vague, it is hard to understand because it does not give enough details. For example, if someone says "I'll be there soon," it is vague because you don't know exactly when they will arrive.
The interviewer asks "Describe a time you worked with a difficult co-worker". You answer "one time, I worked on a project with someone, and there was miscommunication. I did my part and the project turned out okay in the end".

What is a top way to find a job other than dropping off your resume in person?
Networking; talk to friends, classmates, family and contacts and let them know you are going through a job search and network with them.
What is a situational type of question?
These types of questions are about the future and how you would handle job-related situations. Usually, the questions will start with "What would you do if..."
Example, "What would you do if a customer ordered an item from the menu, but we were out of the item they wanted?"
Examples of questions you may ask the interviewer at the end of the interview to show enthusiasm.
" What is one trait that would make someone most successful in this job?"
" What kind of orientation or training would I receive if I join your team?"
