At this time, regardless of a medical marijuana card we do not currently employ nurses who tests positive for marijuana. If a talent tests positive for marijuana it is reported to the BON. The only exception of this is in NY or CA, where we are not legally permitted to test for Marijuana at non-federally regulated worksites.
